I often think back to how I found my way into Learning & Development, it started with a few YouTube videos on graphic design. That curiosity sparked a deeper realization: with the right tools and mindset, anyone can learn anything. The design skills I developed became my gateway into L&D, where I’ve now spent over a decade creating engaging, scalable learning experiences that empower people to do their best work.
Over the years, I’ve built onboarding programs that reduced time-to-value, launched certifications that broke engagement records, and partnered cross-functionally to align training strategies with business goals. From technical systems training to soft skills development, I’m passionate about turning complex information into learning that’s accessible, actionable, and inspiring. I believe that when companies invest in meaningful learning, they don’t just train employees, they transform teams, spark innovation, and build cultures of continuous growth.
